the premises are very well maintained. the breakfast was fantastic with choices that i could eat something different every morning (i especially loved the fresh fruit). i booked excursions via the reception desk and all went perfectly smooth with very correct prices.

The hotel is situated on a hill, so there are stairs everywhere. It might not be ideal if you have mobility issues.

the hotel is located directly next to the beach , which allows easy access to local long tail boats. i did not need to travel to piers to island hop. the restaurant is near the water , so i had great views when dining. i had an amazing massage treatment at the spa , it was wonderful.

the gym's equipment is outdated and the air conditioning was not always on , so it was sometimes uncomfortable.

the room had a nice design and felt spacious. i did enjoy the beach restaurant because the food was tasty and very accessible. starbucks capsules were in the room, which allowed me to make coffee easily. the pool IS amazing, a true highlight of my stay. i enjoyed many swims.

i found the abundance of stairs throughout the entire complex challenging to navigate. THESE stairs lacked handrails. It might pose difficulties with mobility issues. i think this is something that must be addressed.
